About Deborah

Deborah Moses Moses is the founder and President of Veris Associates, Inc. and The CORE Approach^®. Veris specializes in corporate training and consulting, while The CORE Approach^® focuses on the individual's personal growth and development. These companies incorporate the principles and values that Deborah believes are the keys to success, including eliminating fear and having abundance and balance in one's life.

She attended Montgomery County Community College and Temple University, and has furthered her career with certifications in management, leadership and information technology areas. She holds memberships in the National Association of Female Executives and American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), is a past committee chair for the March of Dimes' WalkAmerica, and is an active member of her church and community. She's listed in Manchester Who's Who of executives and professionals.

Deborah developed and trademarked The CORE Approach^® and has created a whole line of seminars based on this concept, which uses the elements of Choice, Opportunity, Responsibility and Expectation to enable change. She has documented the approach in her book entitled Change Your Life! The CORE Approach^® to Creating the Life You Want.

Deborah's experience covers a range of management and training roles, including having been an entrepreneur with a separate successful business earlier in her career. She has engaged the Information Technology world with roles that included project manager, departmental manager, and director of infrastructure. Throughout her career, she has promoted training programs, and has personally developed and facilitated programs on project management, IT process, and various aspects of managerial development, leadership, teaming, communications, and coaching.
